The Youth Traditional Navigator provides support for youth and their families through individualized planning, mentorship, and coordination with community resources. The goals are to promote positive development by helping youth build healthy behaviors, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The wage range is $21.50 – $29.50 hourly, non-exempt. NARA NW's mission is to provide education, physical, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment that is culturally appropriate to American Indians, Alaska Natives, and anyone in need.
