Requirements

  • Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey.
  • Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
  • Passion for person-centered, compassionate care
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Two years’ experience supporting children and youth

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate and trauma focused individual and family therapy to assigned youth.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans to address complex emotionally challenges and supporting skill development and pro-social behavior.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly Child and Family Team meetings.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders (families, CMO/DCPP staff, treatment home parents, and clinical team).
  • Execute on-call responsibilities, including providing clinical consultation and participating in a rotating weekend schedule (approx. 6 times/year).
