Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to work weekend hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work in an athletic-oriented atmosphere while maintaining structure and control.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Nice To Haves

• Two seasons of experience in a specific sport, officiating or playing, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun experience for children to learn while participating in sports programs.
• Maintain a playing environment that is safe and efficient and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Have a warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor that can connect quickly with program participants.
