About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Youth Sport Officials. If you have a passion for sports and enjoy teaching children, this role is for you. As a Youth Sport Official, you will help kids learn and play sports while ensuring a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Love for sports.
- Enjoy teaching children.
- Ability to be early/punctual and reliable.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism.
- Confidence in self and policy.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to enforce rules and diffuse tense situations.
- Alert and safety-oriented.
- Ability to anticipate potential safety issues.
Responsibilities
- Officiate youth sports games.
- Teach children the fundamentals of sports.
- Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Learn and apply constructive criticism.
- Enforce rules and diffuse tense situations with confidence.
- Prioritize safety by being alert and anticipating potential issues.
