About The Position
Part-time youth sports program instructor for T-Ball during the fall season. This role involves weekday practices and Saturday games.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Prior experience working with children ages 3 - 5
- Knowledge of baseball and how to teach each on a very basic level
- Ability to maintain the interests of young children, by thinking ahead and moving quickly during transitions
- High-energy and initiative is a MUST
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of various sports programs
- Ability to come up with sports-specific activities and drills
- Will include refereeing and scorekeeping
- Ability to work weekends & evenings
