About The Position

Youth Sports and Health is hiring coaches and instructors for their enrichment programs: Soccer Stars, Amazing Athletes, and Little Medical School. These programs aim to provide children with more movement, healthier habits, and increased confidence. The company offers both part-time and full-time positions, with initial roles typically being part-time and opportunities for full-time work for those interested in teaching across multiple programs or taking on additional responsibilities in operations, administration, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

Experience working with children through teaching, coaching, camps, childcare, babysitting, or similar roles.
Energetic, dependable, and comfortable leading groups.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to class locations.

Nice To Haves

Soccer experience is helpful but not required for preschool-age classes.
Experience in sports, healthcare, science, education, theater, or early childhood development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, interactive classes using ready-made curricula.
Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment.
Encourage children through individual attention and positive reinforcement.
Participate in paid training and remain open to coaching and feedback.
Communicate reliably with the operations team and partner locations.
