About The Position

Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes Hillsborough Rockingham is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Early Childhood Sports Instructors to provide a fun, educational, and supportive environment for young children. Instructors lead soccer-focused classes for children ages 1 to 6, helping them learn sports fundamentals while developing social skills and physical fitness. They use pre-designed lesson plans and fun games to engage children and foster a love for sports. This is a year-round, part-time role for about 6–10 hours per week. The role requires availability for weekday mornings and weekend mornings as needed. Class availability is listed as Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; Monday–Friday, 2:30–5:00 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Instructors must have reliable transportation to reach various class locations.

Requirements

Availability to work year-round weekday mornings (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and weekend mornings as needed.
Reliable transportation to reach various class locations.
Enthusiastic and engaging personality that resonates with children ages 1 to 6.
Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass background checks if hired.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with children in coaching, teaching, or recreational settings is preferred.
