About The Position

Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes Hillsborough Rockingham is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Early Childhood Sports Instructors to lead sports classes for children aged 1 to 6. Instructors focus on soccer activities that promote teamwork, coordination, confidence, social skills, and physical fitness. They use pre-designed lesson plans and fun games to engage children and foster a love for sports in a joyful, educational, and supportive environment. This is a year-round, part-time role of about 6–10 hours per week. Availability is sought for weekday mornings (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and weekend mornings as needed. Other listed class availability includes weekday afternoons (2:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m.) and weekend mornings (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.). Instructors need reliable transportation to reach various class locations. The organization offers ongoing paid training and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Availability to work year-round weekday mornings (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and weekend mornings as needed.
Access to reliable transportation to reach various class locations.
An enthusiastic and engaging personality that resonates with children aged 1–6 years.
Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass background checks if hired.
Ability to create a positive and fun learning environment while reinforcing teamwork and sportsmanship.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with children in coaching, teaching, or recreational settings is preferred.
