We provide assistance to low to moderate income families to help address their most critical needs. The agency has over 70 programs, including valuable educational, housing, and emergency services. Internship Description: The Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement (YHSI) Youth Specialist Intern will be a systems and project coordinator that is organized and a self-starter dedicated to helping manage a Local and Regional Youth Action Board who are a part of a HUD-funded regional planning effort to transform the homelessness response system for youth and young adults across three Continuum of Cares. The Youth Specialist is expected to play a significant role in the overall day to day coordination of YAB related activities including: meeting coordination, leading and participating in committees, supporting YAB projects and community wide initiatives. Participate and support YHSI project strategic planning implementation and coordination of Youth led efforts.
