As a tapouts Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual environment where kids can learn and grow. As a tapouts Coach, you will:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours (1-8 pm PT) during weekdays and weekends (6am-8pm PT). Example schedule: Mondays (2pm-6 pm), Thursdays (5pm - 8pm), Saturdays (8am-11am) and Sundays (6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging online group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years
- Deliver educational activities and games that foster social, emotional, and educational growth
- Build positive relationships with participants and create an inclusive space
- Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions
- Monitor and assess individual and group progress
