Part-Time Youth Sports Coach ($25/hr)
About The Position
Youth Athletes United is seeking an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Instructor to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. The role is ideal for someone with prior experience working with children and an interest in early childhood education or child development. Coaches focus on individual attention, a non-competitive approach, and positive reinforcement to ensure every child experiences success in a fun, stress-free environment. Coaches are expected to be open-minded, continuously learn, attend regular trainings, and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
Requirements
- A passion for working with children.
- A positive mindset with a desire to have fun while teaching.
- Strong oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- At least 18 years old or older.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
- Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
- No soccer experience needed.
