About The Position

The Youth Sports Instructor is responsible for the instruction and supervision of participants in the soccer program while maintaining a safe learning environment. The instructor will engage young athletes through demonstrations and teach the basic fundamentals of soccer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old

Nice To Haves

• Attending (or completed) high school or equivalent education program is preferred.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Previous experience and knowledge of soccer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and leads introductory soccer skills to youth, ages 2-7 years old.
• Provides a fun learning experience.
• Maintains safety and well-being of all participants.
• Fosters a positive environment that promotes growth and development.
• Maintains written records as required
• Maintains a consistent and reliable attendance record
• Performs any related duties as assigned.
