About The Position

We are seeking passionate individuals looking to work with children ages 2-8 years old in an energetic and fun environment. We hold our sessions in park districts, schools, and daycares across Will County through Saturday. We offer flexible scheduling and paid training to ensure we get the best of the best to join our team. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field. Requirements

• Fall Availability
• Consistent Availability (minimum changes to availability during an 8-week season)
• Responsible
• Professional appearance
• Kind and approachable for parents and site directors/staff
• Proven experience engaging and leading young children
• Clear Background (must pass a background check)
• Reliable transportation
• Access to the internet daily with phone/computer

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus
• Comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children

Responsibilities

• Handle groups of 5-10 children
• Communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leaders
• Complete comprehensive training program to receive certification
• Utilize developmentally appropriate techniques
• Undergo ongoing training
• Work with children ages 2-8 years old
• Conduct sessions in park districts, schools, and daycares
