Part Time Youth Soccer Coach
About The Position
Soccer Shots, a leading children's soccer skills program known for its focus on positive character development, is searching for passionate coaches to join our team! This role involves motivating and inspiring young players (ages 2-8) on and off the field. Sessions take place at local parks, schools, and childcare centers. No prior coaching experience is required as all training is provided. Coaches are assigned to predictable weekly sessions based on availability, with opportunities to grow into trainer or leadership roles. The company provides uniforms, equipment, and paid meetings. Coaches assigned to locations 30+ minutes away are eligible for additional travel compensation.
Requirements
- High-Energy & Motivated: Bring enthusiasm and a passion for working with children.
- Strong Leadership: Be confident and able to lead groups of up to 12 kids.
- Safety-First Mentality: Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all players.
- Reliable Transportation: Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Weekend Availability: Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday during the season.
- High School Diploma Required
- No prior coaching experience required.
