About The Position

Soccer Shots, a leading children's soccer skills program known for its focus on positive character development, is searching for passionate coaches to join our team! This role involves motivating and inspiring young players (ages 2-8) on and off the field, making a positive impact on young lives. Sessions take place at local parks, schools, and childcare centers. No prior coaching experience is required as all training is provided.

Requirements

High-Energy & Motivated: Bring enthusiasm and a passion for working with children.
Strong Leadership: Be confident and able to lead groups of up to 12 kids.
Safety-First Mentality: Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all players.
Reliable Transportation: Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Weekend Availability: Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday during the season.
High School Diploma Required

No prior coaching experience required. We provide all training.

Responsibilities

Motivate and inspire young players (ages 2-8) on and off the field.
Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at preschools, parks, and indoor fields.
Arrive on time and create a positive experience for both children and families.
Lead engaging activities at local parks, schools, or indoor fields using our curriculum that emphasizes skill development and character building.

Base increase per season based on performance
Hands-on Training: Approximately 12-15 hours of training.
