Weekend Children's Soccer Coach
About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, encouraging character development through positive reinforcement, utilizing expert-created curriculum, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Coaches will also be responsible for field set-up and take-down, and effective communication with families, caregivers, and teachers. The position offers a competitive base pay, mileage reimbursement, growth incentives, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Local candidates only
- A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
