About The Position
Greater Philadelphia YMCA Employment Opportunity! Do you love connecting with people and sharing your passion with others? We are looking for a Soccer Coach to join our team at the Y! We spend our days positively impacting the community around us through athletics. We help children reach their potential, enact age appropriate goals, and we change lives in our Y community.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Excellent knowledge of instructing in soccer
- Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention
- Wednesday and Saturday availability
Responsibilities
- Run on-site instruction for youth sports programming including stretch & warmup, activities, & games for respective sport
- Teach age-appropriate skills following YMCA curriculum for respective sport
- Provide a safe & clean environment that allows members and participants to learn YMCA programs
- Lead classes with positivity & enthusiasm
- Provide excellent service to members and participants
