About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. The role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions including field set-up and take-down, encouraging character development through positive reinforcement and modeling, utilizing expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Coaches will make a difference in children's lives by sparking passion for the game and building confidence.

Requirements

Genuine passion for children and sports
Safety conscious
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
Local candidates only
Must be available to work one day out of the weekend
A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role
