About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, encouraging character development through positive reinforcement and modeling, utilizing expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Effective communication with families, caregivers, and teachers is also key. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities to take on full-time roles and advance within the company.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.
- A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
