About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. This role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, including field set-up and take-down. Coaches will encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling, utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques, and foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Effective communication with families, caregivers, and teachers is also a key aspect of the job. The position offers a rewarding experience where coaches can make a difference in children's lives.
Requirements

- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills

- The training rate is $15/hour
- After completing training, pay is $20/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
