About The Position
Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte is looking for enthusiastic individuals to teach soccer to children ages 2-8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment. This is a part-time, active job with flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time potential. No prior soccer knowledge is required as paid training and all equipment are provided. This role is ideal for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay-at-home parents, or anyone who enjoys working with young children.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
- Energetic and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with young kids
- Organized and dependable
- Must be 18+ years old
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
Nice To Haves
- Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead 6-12 children in fun soccer-based activities
