About The Position

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks. We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

Requirements

• Reside in the St. Louis metro area.
• Able to travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis.
• Successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
• Complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS.
• Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview.
• Energetic, reliable, and organized.
• Comfortable working with young children.
• Able to model children's soccer skills.
• Professional and dependable.
• Ready to be an enthusiastic member of our coaching team.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• An active mobile phone with a data plan.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures.

• No prior coaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
• Make soccer fun and exciting.
• Build confidence and character.
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities.
• Create positive experiences for every child.
• Communicate with families and teachers.
• Set up and pack away equipment.
