About The Position

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate, and patient provider who’s ready to make a real difference while having fun along the way! You’ll spend meaningful, one-on-one time in a warm family home, exploring all the exciting activities he loves and wants to share with you. Every day brings something new and engaging! Even better, this opportunity is built around YOUR schedule. There are no fixed hours, giving you the flexibility to work when it suits you and for as long as you’d like. Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be okay with pets in the home (cats and dogs)
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Spend meaningful, one-on-one time in a warm family home.
• Explore exciting activities the child loves and wants to share.
• Engage in new and engaging activities daily.
• Assist with community outings.
• Engage in imaginative play.
• Accompany on walks.
• Facilitate interaction with animals.
