About The Position

In this role, you will provide guidance, support, and leadership to our Therapeutic and Lead Therapeutic Specialists while ensuring a smooth operation of our Youth Residential therapeutic milieu. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Direct care experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young people and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to staff and young people in the home.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to support staff development.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on staff implementation of treatment plans and program guidelines.
  • Facilitate purposeful activities and interactions to meet the social and emotional needs of young people.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities and interactions.
  • Actively participate in treatment team meetings to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Manage staff schedules, approve absences, and provide on-call support as necessary.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and arrange for necessary purchases and repairs.
