About The Position

Alta is looking for an experienced, positive Youth Programs Coach to join their Youth Programs Team. This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate is passionate and can provide Youth Programs support while working for a fast-growing company. Requirements

CPR/AED & First Aid Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Work with other coaches to provide an effective learning experience for each climber.
Lead by example, motivating, inspiring, and supporting all Youth Program participants.
Manage inherent risks involved with climbing and children.
Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer-facing cleanliness and sanitation, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Take initiative to help the team progress towards the shared purpose: 'We climb higher by lifting others.'
