About The Position

The Role We're looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Youth Programs Attendant (Floater) who enjoys working with children from infancy through school age. This position supports both our Drop-In Child Care and Indoor Playground programs, providing a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children and families throughout the club. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with the potential for additional hours based on availability. In MAC's Youth Programs Department, fun is mandatory. That isn't to say employees are forced to have it, but rather, good luck trying not to! In what other professional setting are dinosaurs, arts and crafts, and bubbles considered essential equipment? If you enjoy building relationships, helping children learn and grow, and creating meaningful experiences for families, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of the largest indoor athletic club in the world, Youth Programs offers a variety of engaging experiences for children and staff alike. From active play spaces and child care programs to camps, classes, and youth sports, every day brings something new. With opportunities for professional development, advancement from within, and access to MAC's exceptional facilities, you'll find a rewarding environment where you can grow your career while making a positive impact.
