Requirements

Leadership experience
Relationship Builder: You naturally connect with middle and high school students, volunteers, and community partners, earning trust through genuine care and consistent engagement.
Ministry Leader: You enjoy leading youth programs, mentoring young people, and creating environments where students can grow in their faith, confidence, and character.
Organized Coordinator: You can effectively manage multiple programs, events, volunteers, budgets, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of excellence.
Community Connector: You thrive on building partnerships with schools, churches, and local organizations to expand opportunities and support for teens and their families.
Mission-Focused Disciple: You actively live out your Christian faith, affirm CrossNet Ministries' Statement of Faith, and are passionate about serving others with compassion, integrity, and the love of Christ.

Responsibilities

Lead middle and high school youth programs, including Youth Center evenings, Bible studies, and special events that foster meaningful relationships and spiritual growth.
Cultivate authentic connections with students by creating a welcoming, safe environment where they feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
Recruit volunteers, equip them for effective ministry, and provide ongoing communication, encouragement, and appreciation.
Develop engaging outreach opportunities, leadership experiences, and youth programming that respond to the needs of teens in our community.
Partner with local schools, churches, and community organizations to connect students and families with resources, support, and opportunities for success.
Coordinate program logistics, budgets, records, and monthly reporting to ensure youth initiatives operate smoothly and effectively.
Support CrossNet Ministries' fundraising events, staff initiatives, and community outreach efforts as an active member of our ministry team.
Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and Christ-centered service while helping young people navigate challenges with hope and purpose.
