About The Position

Help shape the experience of some of our youngest and most important guests. As the Youth Program Supervisor, you’ll lead the programs that introduce hundreds of children and families to the mountain each season; from SnoBlasters and Youth Camps to our Midweek Education Programs. This hands-on leadership role oversees the day-to-day operation of these programs, supporting instructors and program leads while ensuring students, parents, and staff have a safe, organized, and exceptional experience. You’ll recruit and develop team members, coordinate staffing and logistics, support age-specific training and curriculum, and work closely with Learning Center and other resort departments to keep programs running smoothly. If you’re passionate about snowsports, enjoy working with youth and families, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Bring your leadership, organization, and guest service skills to a team helping the next generation discover their love of the mountain.
