About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and responsible staff member to work in the operation and coordination of the Before and After School Day Camp programs as well as School Break camps. This position supervises the Seasonal Youth Program Counselors.

Requirements

• Current certification, or an acceptable equivalent, in Standard First Aid and CPR, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• High school diploma and two years of college level courses
• 2 years recreation experience, including community center programming or a combination of education and experience required.
• Satisfactory outcome of pre-employment drug testing
• Complete background investigation
• Permanent residency within a 15-mile radius of the Village

Responsibilities

• Operation and coordination of the Before and After School Day Camp programs
• Operation and coordination of School Break camps
• Supervises the Seasonal Youth Program Counselors
