About The Position

The Youth Pastor (licensed) /Leader (unlicensed) is a dynamic, relational role for a leader with a deep passion for investing in the next generation. This role builds and sustains a thriving student ministry on their campus – cultivating a culture where students are known, discipled, and empowered to grow in their faith. Central to this role is recruiting, developing, and caring for volunteer leaders who walk alongside students in authentic relationships.
