CCA is committed to fair, transparent pay and strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation, with the successful candidate's salary determined by a combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geography. CCA aims to be a desirable nonprofit workplace, recognizing the importance of work-life balance.
