About The Position

CERC is seeking a Youth Mentor Driver to provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants, foster positive relationships, and encourage personal growth. This role involves assisting in planning and facilitating program activities that promote skill development and community engagement. A key responsibility is safely operating program vehicles to transport youth to and from activities, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols. The position also requires maintaining accurate records of transportation schedules, mileage, and participant attendance, and collaborating with program staff to support youth needs. The ideal candidate will promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages youth participation and development. This is a part-time position with rotative hours between 6:00 pm and 2:00 am, operating Monday to Sundays. CERC programs serve youth from middle and high school. The company values a team-oriented culture that emphasizes growth, community impact, and professional development. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with rotative shifts from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse youth populations
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and youth engagement
• High School Diploma
• 21 years or more of age

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with youth or in youth development programs preferred
