About The Position

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Coordinators to support adolescents (ages 12–17) at their premier Residential Treatment Facilities. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a team focused on redefining adolescent mental health care, helping teens and their families heal, grow, and move forward with hope. Mission Prep is an adolescent-specific treatment program dedicated to providing support and sustainable change for adolescents and families challenged by primary mental health struggles. They believe in treating the entire family system, utilizing a blend of time-tested therapeutic approaches and innovative interventions to create a sustainable experience for youth. Every aspect of care, from sessions with board-certified psychiatrists to the home-like environment, is designed to foster belonging and connection.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
  • Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology

Responsibilities

  • Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
  • Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
  • Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
  • Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
  • Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
  • Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
  • Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
