Requirements

Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education with a focus on youth development
Knowledge of martial arts styles such as Karate, Judo, or similar disciplines
Proven ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in educational or recreational settings
Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline while encouraging fun and learning
Experience in childcare or working with students of diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and team members effectively

Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate martial arts classes focusing on techniques such as Karate, Judo, and other martial arts disciplines
Teach students proper behavior management strategies to encourage respect, discipline, and focus during classes
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and confidence
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervision during physical activities
Foster a positive environment by motivating students and celebrating their achievements
Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any behavioral or developmental concerns
