The Youth Leadership Fellow plays a key support role in implementing the Montgomery County Youth Leadership Project, a leadership development initiative designed to strengthen and sustain the Youth Advisory Board (YAB). Under the supervision of the YAB Coordinator, the Fellow will assist with day-to-day coordination of the YAB Academy, youth leadership activities, community engagement events, and system improvement projects while gaining valuable professional experience in youth development, project coordination, community engagement, and systems change. This fellowship is intended to provide a meaningful workforce development opportunity for an emerging professional interested in youth leadership, community organizing, homelessness services, public administration, nonprofit management, or social services. This is a grant funded position slated through December 2026 with possibility to extend beyond. Part-time - 20 hours per week
