This role involves providing outreach and support to youth who are homeless or in need of services, acting as an advocate to help them navigate social services, housing, mental health, and other supports. The position will assist teens who may be on their own, as well as younger youth and their families, in accessing resources like food security, rental assistance, and transportation. Collaboration with partner organizations is key, including AWARE, The Glory Hall, Family Promise, St. Vincent de Paul, the BRH Navigators program, Front Street Clinic, and JAMHI.
