About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking dependable, part-time Youth Elite Coaches to lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. These sessions focus on skill development, character building, and fun themes. Coaches will travel within a 30-40 minute radius to various locations including preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. This role offers a rewarding experience where coaches can make a positive impact on children's lives through the sport of soccer.

Requirements

Passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
Availability during weekday mornings (8:30 AM – 12:45 PM), weekday afternoons (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM - summer season limited), weekday evenings (4:45 PM – 7:00 PM), and weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12:45 PM).
Ability to travel between sites.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.
Prior soccer experience is not required.
Coaching at least 2 complete seasons is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
Utilize an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building, and fun themes.
Travel to various sites including preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers within a 30-40 minute radius.
Ensure a positive and fun learning environment for all children.
Maintain consistency and reliability throughout the 8-10 week seasonal schedule.
