Every day as an Direct Support Professional you will … Ensure safety: Supervise and maintain the well-being of the individuals in your care at all times. Engage and connect: Participate in daily ADLs, recreational, and social activities. Coach and redirect: Address and appropriately redirect inappropriate behaviors. Support progress: Implement individualized treatment plan goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High-school Diploma or GED required
- Candidates must be at-least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities
