About The Position

St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Master Level Clinician to join our COACHES program. This is an onsite, exempt position providing clinical services to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and working collaboratively with families, treatment teams, and community professionals. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field of study.
  • Two years of clinical experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.
  • Ability to effectively manage and respond to crisis situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop treatment plans and maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screenings, including a Level 2 background screening and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with each youth's treatment plan.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans, treatment plan updates, session notes, and other required clinical documentation.
  • Utilize the Wraparound Model in collaboration with Case Managers, Peer Specialists/Mentors, families, and identified natural supports.
  • Participate in Treatment Team Meetings and review treatment plans with youth and families during Wraparound meetings.
  • Clearly present cases and communicate effectively regarding clinical issues with treatment team members and other professionals in the community.
  • Respond appropriately to clinical and behavioral health crisis situations, including providing crisis response by phone or in person when scheduled.
  • Follow clinical direction from the Clinical Supervisor, consulting psychiatrist, psychologist, and Clinical Director.
  • Maintain a caseload that meets applicable program and contract expectations.
  • Conduct therapy sessions at the frequency identified in each youth's treatment plan.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational policies and contractual requirements.
  • Follow all SAYS policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
