About The Position

Wediko NH is hiring Youth Congregate Residential Counselors to support middle- and high-school-aged students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This is hands-on, relationship-based work centered on mentoring, coaching, and helping young people develop skills for success. Counselors work a set four-day schedule with three days off, on second shift, including some weekends and holidays. Staff housing is available. The role is active and requires being on your feet and engaged throughout the shift. Counselors work as part of a supportive team, and staff do not handle crises alone. Residential Counselors may enroll in The Home’s Impact Corps, a fellowship learning track that offers the opportunity to serve vulnerable children and young adults while gaining experience in counseling, education, clinical roles, and leadership. Participants can receive additional training, develop their skills, and may be eligible for bonuses totaling up to $5,000 upon successful completion.
