About The Position

Wediko NH is hiring Youth Congregate Residential Counselors to support middle and high school-aged students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This is hands-on, relationship-based work focused on mentoring youth and helping them develop skills to succeed. The position follows a set four-day work week with three days off and is scheduled for second shift, during afternoon and evening hours. The schedule includes some weekends and holidays. Staff housing is available, and meals are provided while on shift. The role is active and requires being on your feet and engaged throughout the shift. Some days can be challenging, but staff work as part of a supportive team and do not handle crises alone.
