Assists the Expose Excellence Youth Community Outreach Manager with recruiting and maintaining a student base to support the Expose Excellence Youth Program (EEYP). Assists with the planning and implementation of EEYP programming, including workshops, camps, field trips, special events, and evening and weekend activities. Interacts with school districts, community organizations, local businesses, and law enforcement agencies to support EEYP outreach. Supervises, mentors, and engages youth participants while maintaining a safe and positive environment. Establishes and maintains appropriate communication with students, parents, volunteers, and community partners. Assists with volunteer coordination and collects participant feedback and program data. Assists with EEYP marketing and communications, including social media, graphic design, photography, and video editing. Represents EEYP at community outreach events and performs related administrative duties as assigned. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
