About The Position

KidStrong is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join their team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering their dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. This role involves coaching classes, camps, movie nights, and assisting with center operations and community events. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children, a coaching background, excellent communication skills, and a high level of energy.

Requirements

Passion for kids and must love working with children.
Coaching background with experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certified or willingness to get certified.
Command presence.
Strong love for coaching.
Ability to mentor other coaches.
Ability to form deep relationships with KidStrong families.
Fun, likable, and a joy to be around.
Strives for consistent excellence.
Ability to communicate with knowledge of programming.
Part-time availability.
Must be available weekends and weekday afternoons.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
Understand and communicate KidStrong's programs.
Achieve Coach Certification and continuously improve skills through training programs.
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other center activities as requested.
Assist in community events and center initiatives.
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
