About The Position

KidStrong is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join their team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering KidStrong's dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. This role involves coaching classes, camps, and other events, as well as assisting with center operations and community engagement.

Requirements

Passion for working with children.
Coaching experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians.
High energy and a clear, engaging presence.
Mentorship ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certified or willingness to obtain certification.
Command presence.
Strong love for coaching.
Ability to form deep relationships with KidStrong families.
Fun, likable, and enjoyable to be around.
Strive for consistent excellence.
Ability to communicate with knowledge of programming.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
Understand and communicate the KidStrong programs.
Achieve Coach Certification and continue skill development through training programs.
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other requested activities.
Assist in community events and center initiatives.
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
