About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking a passionate Youth Clinician to join their Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. In this vital role, the Youth Clinician will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program through age 25. They will facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Youth Peer Specialist, Family Partner, nursing, and psychiatry. The clinician will develop an individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer and relevant family/guardian.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required
  • Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
  • Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC

Nice To Haves

  • PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred
