Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is an innovative and progressive leader in Indigenous health and family services, where culture is central to all operations. The Youth Care Worker will support the daily operations of Youth Services programs, providing educational opportunities for youth in areas such as health and wellness, impacts of colonization, addictions, family violence, abuse, self-esteem, and culture and traditions. Responsibilities also include responding to crisis situations, evaluating them, and providing support according to established procedures. The role involves facilitating life skill development through workshops, guest speakers, and community experts in after-school groups, and assisting in the coordination and implementation of culture camps.
