Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is an innovative and progressive leader in Indigenous health and family services where culture is at the centre of everything we do. Since our beginnings in the late 1980s, CSFS has grown to over 475 employees providing services to 11 member Nations. This role supports in the day-to-day operations of the Youth Services programs. The position involves providing educational opportunities for youth in areas such as health and wellness, impacts of colonization, addictions, family violence, abuse, self-esteem, and culture and traditions. The role requires responding appropriately to crisis situations, evaluating them, and following established procedures to provide support. It also involves facilitating life skill development through workshops, guest speakers, and community experts in after-school groups, and assisting in the coordination and implementation of culture camps.
