About The Position

This position involves preparing and maintaining files, documentation, legal documents, and various reports. The role includes providing education on drug laws, effects of drugs, and the history of drug use to adolescent drug offenders, as well as sharing information about drug-related topics with the community. Responsibilities also include collecting urine specimens, interpreting urinalysis results, consulting with Court personnel and outside agencies on drug-related matters, and providing group, individual, and family counseling to clients in drug court. The position requires staying informed about current research on drug effects and treatment, and establishing/maintaining relationships with treatment facilities, including providing out-patient follow-up for clients discharged from in-patient treatment.

Requirements
