About The Position

Padres Baseball & Softball Camps in Del Mar at Ashley Falls Park are seeking teachers and coaches to lead campers aged 4–13 through daily baseball and softball activities. The program focuses on building skills, confidence, teamwork, and character in a fun, structured environment. The company provides equipment, curriculum, and training, and expects staff to bring energy, leadership, and a passion for working with children.

Requirements

Experience working with children ages 4–13
Comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
Enthusiasm, leadership, and positive energy
Able to make a 3–5 week commitment
Reliable transportation to travel to their assigned camp location
Must pass a background screening
At least one school year of paid teaching experience or proof of teaching certification (for Professional Educator Rate)

Responsibilities
