About The Position

The Youth Apprenticeship program is designed to provide young individuals with hands-on experience and practical skills in a professional work environment, bridging the gap between education and employment. This role aims to develop foundational competencies through structured training, mentorship, and real-world project involvement, preparing apprentices for successful career paths. Apprentices will engage in diverse tasks that enhance their technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and workplace communication. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school or equivalent educational program.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Strong interest in learning new skills and pursuing a career in the relevant industry.
• Ability to commit to the apprenticeship schedule and complete assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Previous volunteer or part-time work experience.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Participation in extracurricular activities or clubs related to the industry.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in on-the-job training sessions and workshops to acquire industry-specific knowledge.
• Assist experienced professionals with daily tasks and projects to gain practical experience.

• Maintain accurate records of learning progress and provide feedback to mentors.
